Managing Partner

20+ years of investment banking experience, previously Managing Director of Bailey & Co., where he led the Healthcare Technology Group.

Worked on 50+ successful sell-side, buy-side, financings, and valuations for public and private companies.

Holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.

Richard Jacques

Managing Partner

10+ years of investment banking experience, previously Managing Director of Bailey & Co., where he led the Healthcare Services Group.

Prior SVP of Corporate Development for Covenant Surgical Partners, managing acquisitions and strategy for KKR backed platform.

Graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Furman University and earned his JD from Vanderbilt University Law School.

Supports business development and transaction execution for healthcare services clients.

Previous experience in early-stage VC, leading due diligence and financial underwriting efforts for healthcare technology and software investments.

Holds a BS with double majors in Finance and Spanish from Auburn University and an MBA in Finance with honors from the University of Tennessee.
